BEST TIME TO VISIT: Anytime. 		COMMENTS: Paved Nevada Highway 317 south from Caliente ends here. Located along beautiful drive between Caliente and Carp in Meadow Valley Wash. Great railroad photography and railfanning on Union Pacific Railroad in area, heavy rail traffic, about 4 trains per hour. Many tunnels and bridges.
REMAINS: Occupied homes. Old schoolhouse undergoing restoration.
