Located on the east side of the Agua Fria river, about four miles south
of Waddell dam. Can only be reached by jeep trails.Foundations scattered
over about a half a mile along the bluff above the river. There seems to
be about 30 old foundations left and some remnants of stone fences. While
metal detecting the area, the author found many small calibre bullets, possibly
from black powder guns. There seems to be the foundation of a main house
on the southern area of the cluster and a stone fence around the east side.
